Welcome to Voloconst. By accessing or using our CIS payroll services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Definitions
“Service” means any CIS payroll, registration, RTI reporting, tax deduction or year-end statement service provided by Voloconst.
“User” means any person or entity using the Service.

3. Use of Service
Users must provide accurate contractor information and comply with HMRC requirements. Unauthorized use, tampering or data manipulation is strictly prohibited.
4. Fees & Payment
All fees are as set out in our Pricing page. Payment is due in advance of each pay run or on the schedule you select. Late payment may result in service suspension.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, content and documentation remain the property of Voloconst or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is.” Voloconst disclaims all warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voloconst’s liability is limited to direct damages up to the amount paid in the prior 12 months.
7. Privacy
We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of London.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
